The Bergmann-Work is part of engineering and construction group of companies with main headquarters in Germany and Poland with back up offices in Romania, India and Bangladesh and a history of more than 20 years. In 2022 the Group has split its business activities, creating Bergamann-work department and provide our group’s companies with workforce solutions and as well our long-term partners as clients.
The core business activities operate under the name of Bergmann-work is recruitment for various skilled and unskilled labor force to provide current on-going projects and staffing selection for new and on-going projects.
We select variety of people, fix the documentation, provide licensing assistance, take care of housing, transportation.
We value our workers, as working together let’s our companies and clients grow together.

More than 10.000 people working directly or through us for 80+ clients speaks itself about our attitude and experience.
